Watch your child grow in mind, body, and spirit through the incredible journey of martial arts.

At Roar MMA, we believe in starting the journey of martial arts at the earliest stages of life. Our Ninjas program is specially designed for our youngest students, aged 4 to 6 years old, to introduce them to movement, balance, and basic martial arts techniques. We understand the unique needs of infants, and our classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for them to explore and grow.

Enrolling your child in our Ninja’s classes can be a wonderful way to support their early development, giving them a strong start on their journey to becoming confident, respectful, and physically active individuals.

  1. Developmental Benefits

Early exposure to martial arts can have numerous developmental benefits for infants. Our classes focus on enhancing motor skills, balance, coordination, and body awareness, setting a strong foundation for future physical activities.

  2. Social Interaction

Martial arts encourage socialisation and bonding between the little ones and their peers. Through group activities and games, infants learn to interact with others in a supportive and positive environment.

  3. Basic Martial Arts Concepts

We introduce basic martial arts concepts to infants in a playful and age-appropriate manner. These concepts help to promote focus, discipline, and respect from an early age.

  4. Active Lifestyle

Introducing infants to physical activities at a young age helps set the stage for a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.

  5. Instills Respect

Respecting oneself and others is a fundamental value in martial arts. Our instructors gently introduce the concept of respect to infants, demonstrating how to treat others with kindness and consideration.

  6. Boosts Confidence

As the Ninja's successfully complete simple exercises and activities, they gain a sense of accomplishment, setting the stage for increased self-assurance as they grow.
